I offer a safe, confidential space to explore emotional challenges, life transitions, and patterns of behaviour. My approach is attachment-based, integrative, and trauma-informed, and I tailor each session to your individual needs and experiences. Whether you're navigating anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, or unresolved past experiences, therapy can support greater self-understanding, resilience, and meaningful change. Sessions are available in person in Cambridge or online, and we work at a pace that feels right for you.
