About me - Clair lewoski - Cambridge Therapist

About Me — Psychotherapist in Cambridge

I am a highly qualified Adult Attachment-based Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist, Child & Teen Psychotherapist, and Arts Therapist, offering therapy to adults, children, and families in Cambridge. With over 30 years of experience, I provide a warm, reflective, and confidential space to support emotional wellbeing, resilience, and growth.

My integrative training and clinical practice are rooted in psychoanalytic, attachment, and arts-based approaches. I am registered with the UKCP, HCPC and BACP, and I combine in-depth clinical expertise with a commitment to up-to-date research and best practice.

Alongside my private practice, I have been training and supervising psychotherapists for over a decade. I have lectured at both Cambridge University and the Institute for Arts in Psychotherapy and Education (IATE), and I continue to examine, supervise, and mentor therapists at all stages of their careers. This dual role—as clinician and educator—keeps me at the forefront of the field and continuously deepens my own therapeutic work.

I am a member of both The Bowlby Centre and IATE London, and I remain actively engaged in professional development.
