Child and Teen Therapy

Service Description

I provide a calm, supportive space for children and teenagers to explore emotional and behavioural challenges. Using attachment-based, integrative, and trauma-informed approaches, I adapt sessions to suit each young person’s developmental stage and needs. Therapy can help with anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, school stress, family issues, or identity concerns. My aim is to build trust and safety so that young people feel understood and empowered. Sessions are offered in person in Cambridge or online, with parental involvement when helpful.
