Parent Consultations

Service Description

I offer reflective consultations to help you navigate parenting challenges, family dynamics, and emotional concerns affecting your child or teen. Drawing on attachment theory, mentalization-based practice, and a trauma-informed perspective, I tailor sessions to your family’s specific needs. Whether you're managing behaviour, emotional regulation, or transitions, these sessions provide insight and support to strengthen your parent–child relationship. Consultations are available in person in Cambridge or online, as one-off sessions or part of ongoing work.
